One star purely as its not the staffs fault. Boots need to either employ more people or let someone take over who genuinely cares about the general health of our small town.Routinely 30 mins to 1 hour wait even to but a packet of ibuprofen. Dread calling because im spoken to like im burdening them thats if they answer and when you do get your prescription its usually wrong, missing items.Its a shame as the poor few ladies working have the work of 10 people and theres what 3 on a good day. Sort it out Boots i will be taking this further. PS its F all to do with this so called plandemic

The service here has greatly improved after a difficult period and I am delighted that we still have a competent pharmacy in little Upton. I am now finding all the personnel very helpful and my repeat prescriptions are now handled efficiently. Thank you Boots for not deserting Upton!

This used to be such a good local chemist and was very supportive during the pandemic. But in recent months it has really gone downhill and has become so unreliable for providing repeat prescriptions on time that I have now reluctantly had to change from Boots to an online service. What a shame. I think Boots need to sell this unit to a owner/occupier pharmacist who can inject some care back into the service.

A fantastic pharmacyLisa the pharmacist and the rest of the ladies are brilliant.They have been short staffed these last few weeks,however they have remained very polite and helpful,so please will people give them a break and stop moaning.A+.

Constantly closing early or not opening at all..People need their medication and work so not always able to collect before 6pm and saying staff shortages is rubbish as one lovely long standing member been made redundant..Dont be surprised if it shuts all together or needs taking over

Of late the service here has become shambolic, and it is evident that this pharmacy can no longer be depended on as a reliable source of essential prescription medication. As has previously been pointed out, the staff are lovely and working hard under very difficult circumstances. The current problems are entirely due to Boots who apparently couldn't care less about the quality of service they provide in Upton.
