Great experience. I often order taxis , this company is best so far , it is so improved with text reminder , track the driver etc. the car looked good and was nice and clean you can’t find this in other taxis company often. The driver JAZ was so good and nice that he come before the scheduled time and patiently waited for us to come as I wanted to make sure the driver come on time as often when I used different companies they come late, it’s not good especially when you rush for a flight but no problem at all with Globe taxis. Keep up the good work I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to everyone.

I ordered a Taxi at 4pm to take me from Leighton to Soulbury as I needed to be there at 5:15 for an appointment. The gentleman on the phone said 5pm is more than enough time to pick me up and take me there.Someone showed up at 5:17 after I had to make several calls. I am now late for my appointment. I understand that there is traffic at this time, but then take that into consideration when you offer pick up times for your clients. This taxi service is unreliable and sadly I won’t be using it again.Edit post company’s comment: I was out the door at 17:02, taxi was ordered for 17:00 - no one was outside, hence why I called you twice to ask where you were. During the ride the driver apologised for the delay because he was stuck in traffic. I’ll gladly be “blocked” off your services because you guys are rude and unreliable. And thankfully there are other taxi companies in Leighton who have never let me down or been rude, unlike you guys.

I had the pleasure of using Globe Taxi today and it was the best cab in Leighton Buzzard I ever used. The man answering the phone understood right away from where and where to take me.
