Imperial Hearing Swindon

Well I must say what a great pleasure it was to visit Imperial Hearing. I was so impressed that I asked the names of the persons I met. Three things really stood out for me: First, the totally professional service; second, the exemplary customer service skills of both Sara and Sophie. But third, and perhaps the most endearing was the wonderful humanity that underpinned all of Sophie's and Sara's behaviours and communications. I knew I was in the hands of people who really cared.

Needed an emergency appointment as both ears were blocked. Able to get appointment very quickly and the procedure was painless and effective. Would highly recommend Imperial Hearing to anyone.

I got both ears blocked with wax and it made hearing v difficult. This happened on a Friday and I called two specialist centres but could not get an appointment until the following Wednesday.On Monday morning I called Imperial who were fully booked but said if I came at 12.30 they would fit me in. I was seen promptly and within 15 minutes both ears were cleared and I could hear again!Very impressed with promptness and professionalism of the service I received. Highly recommend.

It was quick, simple and pain free. Sophie clearly explained the process and offered helpful advice. 80 quid to clean out two ears seems a lot, but the relief I felt afterwards made it worth it. Would recommend

After having had ear wax removal at the Swindon branch by Sophie. I cannot praise her enough .After years of ear wax removal at different clinics and doctors surgery , this was the best experience I have had . I shall most certainly return there when they need wax removal again .

Had micro-suction on what proved to be a tricky amount of build up 3 years after Great Western Hospital stopped my annual visits. This was simply the best treatment I have ever had and David (?) went to great efforts to make it as painless and effective as possible which after 3years build up was a challenge. Thank you.

I have been under the care of Imperial Hearing for several years and the service has always been very professional, friendly and supportive. I suffer from severe/profound hearing loss in both ears, however, I am so grateful to the audiologists (Aaron and Simon) at Imperial Hearing who have worked extremely hard to produce the best possible outcome for me. Also the advice I have been given has proved to be invaluable as their knowledge of the latest hearing aid technology (and their commitment to ensuring the hearing aids are carefully tuned to meet my requirements) has been vital in giving me the best quality of hearing that is possible. Sarah, the receptionist, has been incredibly helpful when dealing with my queries and has always managed to fit me in if I have required an urgent appointment!! I have also had wax removal on several occasions undertaken by Sophie who has not only been very reassuring and efficient but the whole process has been painless!!!!I cannot recommend Imperial Hearing highly enough because I do feel that, through their diligent care and attention, they aim to provide the very best service for their patients.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at the Imperial Hearing clinic. From speaking with Sarah the receptionist through to treatment with Sophie. Both were extremely informative and unrushed. It was such a calm environment.I was fitted in for an appointment straight away and had micro suction treatment for a build up of wax in one ear. The result was instant and amazing.I didn't previously know of the clinic but would not hesitate in recommending it anyone. I have already spread the word.Many thanks Sophie and Sarah.
