It is with great sadness I lost my beloved Uncle Gordon. Heartfelt care have taken care of him for the last 4 years. I can honestly say I could not have taken better care of him myself. When you say unbove and beyond heartfelt angles have done this, right up until the very end. He love them all. He laughed with and I've cried with them. You have all been amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my ❤️

The carers at Heartfelt Care are amazing- especially Shelley, Sophie and Lou. They are extremely caring and patient with my 90 year old Nan, and she loves to see them.

I have worked for heartfelt care since 2019. I was new to care and fell in love with the job and a lot of the clients I’ve supported. I’ve had multiple pay rises over the years and the boss will have your back. Office staff are friendly and approachable and will listen to any issues and provide support for their carers. Honestly it’s the best job I’ve ever had.

I have currently joined Heartfelt care. I have received excellent management support in my care work. This company has great management staff in the office. I would highly recommend anyone to join them.

Heartfelt Care are providing excellent care for my Mother. They ensure that Mum has a small group of regular carers which really helps. They are professional and they really do care.

I currently work for heartfelt care, have gained so much from this company, great management in the office also very supportive, have a great team working with us, full training and dbs checks done, even if your not confident enough after your shadowing training you can have more.

I worked for heartfelt care for a while until I moved away from the area. The friendly team was always supportive and kind. Care very much about their clients; nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend working for them.

Firstly, I don't rate anywhere or anything with 5 stars, as I feel that would be misleading. However, I do feel 'credit where credit's due' is important and well deserved and I certainly think that about Heartfelt Care. After waiting 6 weeks in hospital for a social care package last summer, my elderly mother has received nothing but professional, respectful, positive, friendly and kind home and personal care from the team. Communication has been excellent and the lead carers are more than happy to discuss changes to care plans when required or resolve any queries or new health issues as they arise. Trust and confidence is so vital when loved ones need to be looked after and both my mother and myself are more than happy with everything that Heartfelt Care has provided for us over the past months.A very heartfelt thankyou to you all! I felt happy that they are taking care of my elderly mother so well. Making sure she is eating and having a shower everyday. I get updates on how she is doing which makes me feel confident and not worried. Very happy so far. Keep up the good work
