I went to see Gary when i was struggling with my confidence in pole vault after a fall I had. I was struggling to take off because i always had the thought of the fall in the back of my head. Gary was so easy to talk with and open up to and helped me find the problems i had, and then how to fix them with exercises that i did on a day to day basis and every time i vaulted. I also had a mental block when the bar was set at a certain height, Gary showed me this was because of changes in my thoughts when the bar went up to this height. It helped snap me out of my negative thinking spiral, and accelerated my recovery. I now feel i am in control of my thoughts and have a very positive and confident outlook on my training and competitions, which has rubbed off on my performance greatly. Cheers Gary!

I desperately needed to quit smoking after almost 30 years.
