Waves Hand Car Wash Didcot

Good, deep clean. Only reservation is that when I looked online my vehicle was a Volume 3 category but when I arrived on site the manager told me it was a Volume 4 category so therefore I had to pay an extra £5. Still a decent clean though.

Terrible car wash. My car is listed as volume 3 but then they tried to charge me at volume 4. I had made sure I checked online beforehand. Smear marks all over the dashboard and backseat sections completely missed inside. The mats are soaked through and will take forever to dry. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrendously overpriced and rude employees.

Very poor,charged £55 to clean inside,said it would take about 50 minutes we went past about 10 minutes later and it was done and looked like they had just thrown a bucket of water in there and rubbed it a bit with a cloth,car was still soaked 2 days later

Friendly staff. But I have had my car scratched twice!!!First time, they denied it but polished it out.Second time, scratch was through to the metal. So I used touch up paint.I'll never go back there. I don't recommend unless you drive a battered banger!!!

Went for a ‘Platinum’ wash (£60 discounted) for my Dads Discovery. Admittedly there was a large amount of bird droppings on it but when I collected it 2 hours later the quality of work was shocking. If I hadn’t been in a hurry to get back and went over it whilst I was there, I’d of demanded ALL of my money back. Interior was still filthy! Big open bits of trim were okay but they hadn’t gone round with a cloth to wipe off what was staring them in the face. Absolutely disgusted with the standard of work and to be told the polish would be top grade, I’m wondering if he thought I was blind! There were still droppings on it and residues from where they hadn’t properly managed to wash it off.Never again!Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor.Staff were friendly enough but that was about it!

Absolutely rubbish !!I got my brand new car washed and vacuumed with them and the car is not clean inside and outside. Smear marks all over the glass, interior console, wheels not clean at all, they have only wiped the surface. Had told them not to apply car shampoo on the soft top, they did and for all this they charge £30. It is a scam.I would advise anyone using them to stay clear. They claim to be using only autoglym products, but I have used autoglym products myself, the wheel dressing they have applied seems like used engine oil. Absolutely appalling. Never taking my car to them again. I would have given a negative rating, since there isn't an option, it's a one star.

Diabolical!! Do NOT go to this car wash. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I went. Very over priced. They'd done a very quick wash and left my car under a tree with bits falling from the tree. It looked worse when I came back.It'd been raining so the car was wet and the bits were stuck on the car..absolutely disgusting that they can still trade. Please save your money and go else where.I took ages wiping off all the tree bits from my car and the cloth was dirty.. Not a good job at all.

I went here recently on the way home from work, as there wasn't time to have my car washed at my regular joint. I have to say it was a big disappointment. The people were nice enough, but it seems they're in need of some proper training in washing cars.I was told the car would take 30 minutes to clean inside and out, which was £15. The price being what it was, I expected a really good job to be done - especially as there were no other cars waiting. I popped into the supermarket to grab a drink, and came back out 15 minutes later to sit and watch as they washed on my car. I was really surprised to be told immediately that it was finished! 'They must be operating like a well-oiled and efficient machine', I thought... not so.The car was shiny, yes, but there were fingerprints left all around my window frames, which I had to ask the girl to wipe off. There was also water pooled underneath the boot, and on top of the boot, (I discovered afterwards), which I had to sponge away.Inside it looked as though a child had vacuumed - there were hairs and bits of dust still evident throughout the car. They hadn't even moved my light jacket from the back seat to hoover underneath it - simply skirted around the edges! The cloth around the gear stick was worst - it was left full of crumbs, and the staff clearly hadn't even attempted to clean this. It also didn't look as though they had removed the floor mats to vacuum underneath, which is shocking. My built in sat-nav screen was covered in fingerprints, which I (embarrassingly) had to ask the young girl to clean.To top it all off, the car was SATURATED in chemical fragrance, which made me feel sick all the way home!In all honesty, I wouldn't use this place again. My regular joint in Redcatch Road, Bristol, charge £10 and do an impeccable job, every time. The only reason I've given this place 1 star is because the staff were friendly. Tesco - sort this out!!

This was truly the worst car wash I ever had , my £8 was just a donation honestly. They washed the car in super speed and insisted that I add more money for a better clean. They sprayed the leaves on the windscreen making them mushy and then never lifted the wipers , when i pointed it out they refused to clean saying pay extra. The top of the car was not clean and the tyres had streaks of something running down then when they dried. I was embarrassed when i got to the wedding I was going to honestly. They are very rude as well !
