Great store with a great selection of foods and upstairs clothing range. The cafe isn't that great, but overall Asda Strabane is a great supermarket!

Good store, but was so much better a few years back.Own brand items have had an overall change, both products & packaging and the quality has taken a notable nosedive.Online shopping is not as good as it was, so so much when ordering online is almost always unavailable...(i.e potatoes or childrens nappies)Was my one stop grocery shop for 10 years - now I only get half the products here, therefore I shop elsewhere for the rest (everyday items).Would like to see a step up to the previous standard for Asda again.

Verbally abusive staff member.Apparently its now okay for abusive staff to shout at customers ticking them off in harsh tones, without any prior communication.This is complete disrespect, degrading of a fellow adult and human being, and also public humiliation.Shouting like this is considered verbal abuse, and legally a crime.Is this ASDA's standards for their staff now?Today 13/9/23, I visited this asda at around 1:35 pm until 2pm , as I have many times in the past, and upstairs I was browsing the homeware.I was with my mother who was standing beside me and witnessed the entire incident, and I opened a box of plates, which are not taped shut by the way so I was not breaking any seal, to see how deep the bowls were and as I was returning the bowls to the box exactly as how they have been packed I heard shouting and assumed it was staff communicating with other staff. I heard it again and realised what was being said was coming from a 50-60+yr woman with short white hair cut in a pixie style shouting from the other end of the aisle at me?! YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE BOXES!!".I looked over shocked

A very large store with just about everything you can imagine, and possibly then some. I am in a wheelchair and this store is on two levels but there is a lift! Also, wheelchair related, the aisles are nice and wide, a great help for all.

The staff on the self service checkouts today (one man in particular 2.05pm.) complete impersonal miserable person.Completely ruined the shopping experience. Just glad I live in Omagh where the staff are nice.

Prices are constantly incorrectly displayed and sometimes you can end up paying double the price for the stores mistake. Like for example you might go to pick up corsodyl mouthwash for £3 as displayed, but when you get to the till it's actually £5.50 because the £3 label below it in small writing was for a different variety.Place is also often understaffed at self checkout, leaving one poor staff member at rush hour racing between machines trying to keep the place afloat. I've seen reviews blaming staff for not being cheerful, but what do people expect? It's Asda Strabane, not the Sound of Music... if you were working two peoples jobs for minimum wage you'd be the same.

Asda is a fantastic supermarket. They have a cafe upstairs and they sell cloths upstairs.A cloths and bottle bank at the e Terence and a great pick up point if you want to order your food without going into the supermarket a fantastic idea .

Complete disaster. Self scan till did nog recognize any of my bank- and credit cards. I left my groceries at the till and went to good old Lidl. Much better.
