Great service and communication from Gary, I didn't expect it to be a quick repair as Gary explained and updated me on the delays in getting replacement parts for an older caravan. Collected it today and the van looks great - all works as discussed even some minor repairs were completed. Thanks Gary!

Gary provided the quote promptly after we sent photos of the damage. Repair carried out at a time to suit us. Really pleased with the quality of the workmanship and all in a really good time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

He had it for nearly 2 years and didn't do a thing to it. None of the work I wanted done was even looked at, he just left it there . Eventually I lost patience and took it away, no doubt if I left it there it still wouldn't have been started on. If you want free storage Gary's your man, book in your van for some work, it will never get started on and pick it up when you need to use it again. I think he just wants insurance work or new vans to work on.

We have always been thrilled with the professional work that County Caravans have provided. We wouldn't take our caravan to anyone else. Highly recommend County Caravans.

Had some damp repairs done a couple of years ago and gary done a fantastic job, he came highly reccomend and we were very pleased with his work. Service and few minor jobs done december 2019, a very thorough service and everything done we asked for. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

This company took in our motorhome for various body repairs in October 2017, having inspected it and given us a quote for the work. Time went on and we heard nothing. Various excuses were offered, such as problems with suppliers of aluminium sheeting - but mostly phone messages were left and not returned, emails were sent and not replied to ....2018 came and went .... and still no motorhome.Then, joy of joys, a phone call was answered in July 2019!'Yep, I aim to have it ready for September!'So in September 2019, we paid a surprise visit to see how it was getting on. Nothing at all had been done to it!!!(The battery was completely dead, leading me to doubt claims of having charged it regularly.)A total lack of remorse from Gary .... 'Yeah, well I haven't had time!' was his only comment.If he didn't want the work, or was so snowed under with other work that it could not be completed (started?) then all he needed to do was pick up a phone and let us know. I suspect that the body was found to be worse than he anticipated, and that it would cost more than his quote - but all he needed to do was to let us know.I don't know if was rudeness, incompetence or embarrassment (or a combination of all three?) that caused the appalling level of customer service - or lack of it?Perhaps we were just unlucky, but if we ever get another motorhome, I cannot see us ever using this company again.

Gary does a great job. Use County Caravan and you'll get a very reliable and good service - along with practical, knowledgeable advice if you need it.
