Decided to go here for my nails and hair for my wedding, the staff are lovely but lack experience. My nails fell off after three days and was told they would last 3 weeks for the duration of my honeymoon. I was badly bruised after my leg wax and still had hair on my legs afterwards. My mum had to find another hairdresser as they couldn't do a simple blow dry. I would recommend this place for maybe a prom or maybe bridesmaid hair but not for bridal hair or beauty.

I always have a shampoo and blow dry here whilst staying in Alnwick visiting my daughter. Staff always pleased to see me and friendly and prices reasonable. Would come to Bex for all hair and beauty requirements regularly if I lived in the area

Absolutely flawless service! Due to allergies I am unable to get my hair fully dyed, so have always stuck with highlights etc as it doesn't touch my skin. I started using Bex Hair in about October 2022 and have had both Ella and Sasha do my hair and it has been gorgeous all 3 times! They've always been very careful too and make sure no dye gets on my skin and listened when I was explaining about this when I first went and gave advice on the ways they could do the colouring which was of course very reassuring for me, both very professional. Would definitely recommend.
