IMO Car Wash

Friendly staff and work really hard, worth the money and my car looks brilliant!! Saved me a job myself and will definitely come back! Go! It’s fab!

Top roller brush wasn't working, the 3 Blowers before the main blower weren't working, the long dry attachments before you leave the wash, covered the car in grease, so had to Demon shine the customer's car.

I m a bit sceptical of using automatic car washes and usually I either use a jet wash and do it myself or go to a place that does it for me . I went yesterday and the service from the attendend was impecable . Very helpful and polite . The actual wash was impressive giving the fact that I had a Pro-Shield and it claims to give the paint a extra shine . I can notice now that is kinda true ... so it does it s job . I do recommend using this car wash . ( i am still a bit worried about scratches to the paint using this regularly ... so i ll probably use this when I can t be bothered to do it myself)5+/5 !

Great car wash and friendly staff. Only down side, whilst it's advertised opening time 08.00 on a Saturday, recently it has been not opened on time.

Fast and a price is reasonable. However after a wash sometimes left with dust from brakes on alloys. Although, guys do an effort to spray chemicals on alloys prior entering the box, but its happening on occasion. Definitely a solid car wash!

Good wash, well brushed.Missed a couple of spots on the side mirror glass both sides, but no more than average.Came out gleaming, still beading from the pro wash wax 2 weeks later.Always recommend imo washes. Best bang for your buck.

Super fast and does a nice clean job. Good range of washes and prices.The £8 hot wax wash is what I always order and finishes the Car off with a great high quality shine.Been going here now for good few weeks and every time does a super good and fast job.Just drive up, choose your wash and pay and then let the machine do all the work for you while you glide along for the ride.Even drys the car for you too.For £8 it’s good value for my 4x4 which costs £10 to have it cleaned by hand. Admittedly the hand clean does a more impressive job as the guys get all the groves and do the tyres too.But if you want a fast good solid clean car then this auto wash gets my top recommendation.

Long wait despite no queue. Chap running it kept running to speak to someone at the front. I thought it would be quicker as no queue. Was late picking up from station

Very poor service bordering on fraud.Paid what i thought was £4.50, confirmed at the time on my banking app, for a wash only to discover when my bank statement arrived i had been charged full price for the full wash, £9.How they changed £4.50 to £9 my bank investigated and then refunded me. Brought this to the IMO managements attention, not interested in investigating.Tip if your using, pay with cash...Or if me avoid returning.

Although they're usually good, the attitude, absolutely disgusting behaviour and vulgar confrontational speech used here is incredibly awful. When first approaching they clearly don't have training for customer services as they don't speak to you directly rather just point and hold a card reader at you... The clean is okay at best, but the staff are quite useless when it comes to keeping customers keen...
