Absolutely atrocious customer service. I’ve never come across a supplier with such lacklustre and hapless service before. Will never use them again and advise against anyone else using them. Positive reviews are clearly left by staff members

Slow delivery and 2 of the 5 lights we had fitted into the walls have failed. Promised replacements, but these have not arrived yet.

Terrible customer service, Order placed two weeks ago with no updates.Email and phone to get told by someone who was uninterested that there's no stock of my item.Improve customer service by providing prompt updates and service. Problem isn't lack of item, it's lack of service.
