Polite and friendly people who had the courtesy to phone me up in good time to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready for viewing so we could make another appointment.The car in question is an Audi A3 quattro and when I arrived at the garage it was raining heavily. I was quite surprised that nobody had put it under cover as it isn't a good idea to judge a car's condition when it is soaking wet. (I visited on a Saturday so surely there would have been a bit of workshop space available ?)Walking round the car I could see that while it has two decent tyres on opposite corners of the front and rear axles, on the other two wheels there were tyres known for their poor wet weather and braking performance.This is a fairly quick vehicle and the only parts of it that actually come into contact with the road are the tyres. They need to be better than Landsails.If it took them from the Sunday to the following Saturday I am at a loss to see what had taken six days to get it ready. This was a real shame as I felt that this was a garage I could deal with. Friends and work colleagues have used this garage for years and only had good things to say about them. My experience was disappointing.

Just brought second hand car and I can’t fault the service, absolutely amazing!
