Placed an order on the 27th November and still no parcel. Made numerous phone calls to scamleys and been told twice that a manager would be in touch still waiting gladly take your money and still no package. Avoid at all costs if you want your Xmas gifts to arrive in time .

Pricing feels out of line with other retailers for some of the Lego items (and easily noticeable with the official Lego store being in the same shopping centre).

A store for all kinds of games was opened a few weeks ago. It includes a wonderful assortment of beautiful, entertaining games for adults and children. It also sells lego games at reasonable prices.

The North Pole of London. If you have kids it's a must visit. Historical landmark. Beautiful place that feels magical.

Great place, with great variety of toys. My boy loved it so much he kept walking back in. Really friendly staff as well. Prices on the medium range but high quality. Enjoy!

Nice new shop of the very pooular toy merchandise.The place is well prepared for the shoppers with a nice range of toys as well.The staff are very generous and helpful.Location is down in the heart of the city centre at Trinity which is so much more convenient.

Extremely over priced cheap toys. My mother told me that it wasn't worth having a look in the shop. I had never been in before. Turns out she was right. I thought even if they are expensive maybe they'd had something I hadn't seen before. I was wrong. Everything they had you can get pretty much anywhere and far cheaper too.They appeared to have things reduced in price but still any other place you can get them from they would be cheaper. So it was just a waste of time really.

Apparently has been open for over a year and as a toy YouTuber from Leeds, I only stumbled upon it, they should advertise more.Lovely little store although the music was loud and very bad.The prices were high on some items, most you can find cheaper very closely but it's a proper toy shop with great customer service, just like the old days.
