Groomer | Ambleside | Dog Gone Fabulous Grooming Parlour | My name is Vicky Dixon and I have been grooming dogs since May 2016 becoming qualified to city and guilds level 3 in May 2017. I originally started mobile grooming in the South Lakes and North Lancs area but decided to take the plunge and open my own grooming parlour in Ambleside in the Lake District.

Great grooming parlour, Vicky is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes. she also offers a wash and go service, brilliant if you’re staying in a b&b and your dog decided to roll in something horrid!

Vicky grooms my cocker spaniel, who had real difficulty with past grooming. Now he's a super star when he goes and looks great, I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Our very nervous dog goes to the fab Vicky for her trims and grooms. Vicky smothers her with love & cuddles which helps our dog to settle down for her to be clipped. Vicky does an amazing job, highly recommend

I have been taking my dog, Bella to Vicky at Dog Gone Fabulous since she opened her little doggy salon. I live near Morecambe but would not take Bella anywhere else now. Vicky not only makes a fabulous job of my little doggy, she genuinely loves and cares for each and every one of her furry clients. It is definitely worth the 2 hour round trip, knowing Bella is in safe hands, feels happy and comes out looking and smelling amazing !
