Dropped in to pick up just a few tiles. Speedy service on the desk and the order picked by two friendly chaps in the yard. In and out in 5 minutes with the tiles I need to repair my roof.

I was greeted in the most unhelpful and hostile manner by who i presume is the manageress, if not then whoever is in charge needs to have a word with her about her attitude. I am based in woking and use my local branch who i cannot speak highly enough of, a friendly helpful knowledgeable team managed by kylie.I walked out empty handed and gave my 1600 pound order to the local selco instead as i needed it immediately and was working in the area, dont waste your time and money visiting this badly managed toxic branch just go to woking SIG instead.
