Samantha Hall was our sales contact who was very honest about condition of our second hand e-NV200; showing all blemishes on the Covid-19 safe video walk through. The sales staff were efficient and pleasant and conspicuously not rushing conversational queries on the phone. Marshall Ford Transit Centre gets my five stars for the sales team, they were great and supportive.We used wedelivercars.co.uk to collect the van and deliver it to us; this collection was coordinated smoothly with the Sam's support and another video walk through.The valeting wasn't good but maybe an expectation of matching a car dealer standard was misplaced at a van dealership.

I took my Transit Courier van in here for it's first annual service a few weeks ago. Even though it was a bit of a trip from Huntingdon to Cambridge the service was excellent and the price paid very good; it even included a years breakdown cover!They did the service very quickly (under 2 hours), whilst I cycled round the villages north of Cambridge. Within about half an hour I even received an email with a link to a video clip showing me the health check on the tyres, exhaust and brakes. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again next year, especially as they were very nearly half the price of my more local Ford dealership.

A great Ford dealer and our salesman Aaron was superb with us and answered any questions we had quickly. It wasn't a normal purchase and was done online with us travelling 400 miles to pick up our Nugget camper. I would recommend Marshalls to any potential buyer.

I have bought the most of the service that the sales man has pushed including Life time Shine. Firstly when I have received the car , the coat has not been applied anywhere on the car. I have returned the car after 3 days for couple of faults found: rain sensor didn’t work, Life shine coating not applied, 6 holes in the roof from existing roof racking perhaps and not sealed properly after racking has been removed therefore every time was a rain there was loads of water at the back of the van. Strong vibration in the steering wheel while engine on and car stationary with the steering wheel adjusted to the height I wanted. 2x big stains on the driver side back side panel. One of the back doors didn’t shut fully so It could not be locked properly.I have been waiting about two weeks for the issue to be fixed so what has been done:The Life Shine Coating has been applied only on the sides and back and from of the vehicle but still missing on the roof and on the inside on the fabric seats as I have paid for.The back door bottom lock has been changed but still I had to slam the door so the door is fully locked.The rain sensor has been changed, good thing.The stains have been repaired, good thing.The leak still not fixed because they says that is from the car washing which was not true.The high vibration in steering wheel still not been fixed because they said is something normal to for which I didn’t find it comfortable to my hands at all.The only way to reduce vibration in the steering wheel is to have the steering wheel pushed all the way in close to the dash board which is not please for me, is no what I want. I am not happy because I have to drive the car in uncomfortable way.This is a transit from 2017.

brought a van from them only 2 weeks ago and it broke down, when i called Marshall for some help i was told that it is not there problem and to call the manufacturer.they left me stranded trying to sort out a recovery vehicle.Turns out the turbo as blown and i am having problems with Vauxhall doing the work through warranty because of service history.Since things have evolved Marshalls have agreed to exchange the van we brought for another van so i have to say this is the sort of service you would expect from a main dealer and the main reason why i would only buy from a main dealer.its been inconvenient but to be fair Marshalls have done there best to help us out.
