Although the staff when we arranged the funeral were sensitive and supportive , and on the day things were also managed fairly well i felt the online service was poor and also based upon making money. I was asked a number of times, before the funeral, to leave feedback re the online condolences pages, and sent numerous emails, after the funeral, asking me to buy a book of this. When I contacted Terry's about stopping these they were somewhat dismissive and said it was nothing to do with them until I pushed them (they'd arranged it through their site and sorted the password etc.- they use the company concerned).

I have never organised a funeral before and I also had the additional disadvantage of living in Yorkshire. However, right from the beginning and all the way through, until after the funeral, Terry's took all the pressure off me to ensure that my dad had a wonderful send off. They had such sensitivity in all aspects of funeral planning. I cannot fault them at all. Not only did they metaphorically hold my hand throughout this difficult time, but they went out of their way to help me. Every single aspect of the planning and funeral was done beautifully. We were never rushed. I cannot praise them enough.Thank you so much Terry's.

Absolutely fantastic service from start finish. Did my wife proud. Lovely people to deal with. The celebrate. Malcolm. Was fantastic all the staff are amazing. Obviously I don't want to use them again anytime soon. But would not hesitate to recommend. Them thank you for making a very painful time in our life's go so smoothly ❤️

This is the third time that Terry's have taken care of the last days of our parents lives leading to their funeral and final resting place. Excellent services, from start to finish. Very respectful, honest, helpful and caring. Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them, happy to help us through this difficult time. Added to the covid 19 restrictions, they were very helpful with all the regulations, lead us throughout that process. Explained clearly what was permitted and what wasn't. Our heart felt thanks go to George, the lead on all matters, along with the other that work there. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

My sister lost her battle with cancer. I have to say these people are so helpful and professional. Made me and my family feel at ease. I can't think of the words to praise these people. My heartfelt thanks to Chris and the lovely lady's. Thankyou so much in making this a lovely celebration with fun and laughter of which my sister would of been proud.

C terrys went above and beyond in our time of need, they was so kind, and caring and nothing was to much trouble. They made my brother proud and certainly made my family feel special! Can't thank them enough. God bless you all ❤
