Excellent App which allows me to order my son's repeat medication from the comfort of my own home. The status of the order is updated via the app with notification being received after a couple of days to confirm the order is ready for collection. The App ultimately halves the number of visits I would normally make to my local chemist, which in turn also helps to reduce their footfall.

Haven't ordered mine or husbands medication through the app since it started wanting you to put your card details in for payment before the order being placed. I am quite capable of paying at the pharmacy when I collect. I don't wish to share my card details on an app!

I have been very pleased with the app but you seem to have updated it very recently. The main problem is that you haven't taken into account the clocks have changed. All the medication times are now shown an hour early. I have tried to amend them but it only changes for one day. I hope you don't expect people to change the times manually every day!Hopefully you will be able to sort this out very soon.

The app said meds were ordered and expected delivery a week later. Phoned the chemist and they knew nothing about it. Now worried 88 year old mum may run out of meds before I can get them

A necessary app, as my GP requires me to use it for ordering repeat prescriptions. Provides useful reminders for taking your medicine and for ordering repeats. I don't like the new version. Previously, you could simply swipe left or right to move to another day. Now, you have to select View All and then tap a day on a calendar. Clumsy!

I live in North Wales , suggests a pharmacy in Nuneaton is the closest for me to use. Won't allow me to enter my local surgery pharmacy in the 'use the pharmacy that invited you' bit . bit rubbish to be honest

Useless, they tell me to phone my health provider, 1hr 10mins no reply, that's why i tried this app. I only want asthma inhaler, i give up. App total waste of time. Can't wait 'til i die, it' ll be better than this torture.

I have found that the app has suddenly stopped providing me with the previous opportunity to log that I have taken my medication in the morning. Why?!I find it useful that I can order my prescription through the app, but it doesn’t register accurately when the next prescription is due, so I end up with more medication than I need. But the opportunity to order on-line is good.

We have been signed up to this fantastic service from the start.The Staff at Cadham Pharmacy are fantastic, nothing is too much for them.Anybody unsure whether they should use this Service have nothing to worry about.Everything is straight forward, no fuss and very efficient.I will highly recommend it.

I have been in touch with your support, did all what they asked and STILL the daily reminders don't work, so stand by my original comment.Utterly useless. Reminders NEVER work. Had the Lloyds app previously and worked perfectly every day, this one never reminds you!!!Given the choice use another pharmacy or app, unfortunately Lloyds in my town closed!!!
