Nice clean car and great friendly straight forward service.Picked up from the airport taken to collect our car then on returning the car back taken back out to the airport.Will definitely be using Orkney car hire whenever we return.

Excellent Customer Service - due to a flight cancellation, we ending up arriving on Sunday rather than Saturday. We notified them of our change of plan & they advised that they were not open on a Sunday, however they offered to sort us out. Met at the airport & then quickly sorted out the paperwork at the car hire office. Also we left something in the car after we had dropped it off. They came back to the airport so they could give it to us. Would definitely recommend.

Very competitive rates. Excellent service (picked us up and dropped us back at Kirkwall airport). Very friendly and courteous. And last but not least: we had forgotten a brooch in a gift box which we had left in the hire car, but whilst we were sitting in the departure lounge at the airport, Kieran I think his name is, very kindly drove back from Kirkwall when he discovered it and delivered it to us before the plane took off! Hired a car for the day for 4 adults whilst on an Ambassador British Isles Cruise in July 2022. The mid size SUV was just right for us. Very economical and in our opinion the most cost effective way to see the key sites on Orkney. Found the staff very helpful, efficient with no fuss hiring and returning the car. The car was very clean. Orkney Car Hire are not far from where the Shuttle Bus drops passengers off and by the Visitor Centre. The cost was very reasonable and found not much fuel used. Kieran, who helped us with the rental also gave advice on what to see and helped us with planning our trip. I would recommend this company for anybody wishing to see Orkney.

Best car hire service I have ever experienced! It was a pleasure to rent a car there! The price was inexpencive, the staff were very friendly and the car was almost brandnew.

My sister hired a car for a couple of days and we were very impressed with how kind and helpful the staff were and the car was very clean and perfect for getting around all the sites to see.To all the staff and mainly the man that gave us the map and drew on little places to see that weren't on the map.Thanks so much for making our trip easier.

Very nice, very clean, low mileage car, which was just right for us. Thanks to Loganair, we really (and unavoidably) messed OCH around with pickup days and times. They were charming about it. Gave good advice about where to pick up petrol. Would happily use them again.
