I had a couple of product related questions when I was purchasing my Zoom G1 Four guitar effects pedal.. The staff member was very helpful and even offered to power up the unit to show me how it worked. Very helpful staff.

Rory was great and the guitar selection is awesome. The staff are very helpful and it is well worth visiting to compare guitars that are hard to compare otherwise.The store layout is very well done and splitting the shop into 3 separate shops is great. There is one for acoustic, one for electric and then another for drums and pianos.

An excellent company to deal with, always keen to help with a purchase. I feel their second hand gear is over priced, and their purchase offer prices for pre-owned gear is very low. I think if they addressed this then they would be a fantastic all round service.

Excellent selection of guitars for those inclined that way, and there's a basement level dedicated to basses which drew me there.If you're looking to buy either and have a good idea of what that is, they're likely to have it or be able to order it in for you to try.The staff are helpful in this regard, they're definitely happy to help out and ask the right level of questions to do so.

We went into GG having never held an electric guitar. My daughter has been playing acoustic for a few months so is very inexperienced. Andy was excellent, he let her play a few different guitars to get the feel of them, she even got a shot of a Brian May replica which delighted her! Andy have us plenty time and advised us on the right guitar for her ability. He helped us choose an amp and all the extras. Overall it was an excellent experience, customer service is 5 star!!
