Very disappointing. Appointed them for a probate, and yes, they were nice. We supplied all the documents. And they did nothing - nothing at all - for six months. Half a year, not one bit of action. Apparently the person who should have done it had left. But we were not informed. Until we were told that the bulk of the work was then to be outsourced.So we got our documents back and appointed a different company, which has made great progress. But we are half a year behind with the task.So until they are properly re-staffed, I advise seeking alternative representation.
