Took car for MOT, they did work without asking me, damaged my car and then charged me for parts and labour. When I complained they did give me the money back, but as a single female I feel they definitely tried to take advantage of me. Very disappointing as they have lots of good reviews. Be careful.

I used this garage for the first time having recently moved to the area. I had sudden brake issues with my Jaguar but they managed to fit me in on a Saturday and within a matter of hours they had diagnosed the problem, obtained and fitted the parts and had me back on the road. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone. Great service at reasonable prices. Hello my new garage!!

I am over the moon with the experience I have had with this garage. I live one hour away and unfortunately many garages in my area tend to rip young females off. My dad lived in this area and recommended this garage purely off of the service he received and I can honestly say even though it is a journey to bring the car up it is worth it. I had an MOT done which failed at a garage near my home due to brakes but upon this garage looking at it they said they are absolutely fine and shouldn’t have failed. Happy to not be ripped off for once and see a genuine care for customers. Thank you!

Booked in for a standard MOT, and was able to get a time slot that suited me perfectly. Dropped my car off and within an hour and half the MOT was completed. Never had an MOT completed so quickly and efficiently and the guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. Will defo be recommending!

I have recently moved to the area, and in the last year these guys have helped me out so many times already. They completed my MOT and servicing on time and for reasonable prices, and they have helped me out during a couple of times my car has broken down. One time they told me they were unable to fix the fault (but provided the contact details of someone who could - and did). They didn't charge me for this, and I was grateful for the honesty. Another time I called them in the morning with an issue, they asked me to bring it in before lunch, which I did. Not only did they manage to squeeze my car in, they identified the issue, managed to get hold of the part, fit it and had me on my way before 5 pm. They made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I trust them to be honest, complete booked things on time and have known them to help in a crisis. Strongly recommend these guys!
