No concern for local residents. Van blocking the road for well over 30 minutes this morning while residents were trying to get to school and work. When I called to raise the issue I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Ian from Glasgow. Absolutely pointless - couldn't have cared less about the company reputation or those affected.

Spoke to an obnoxious manager called Ian from Glasgow office.I live in area and been plagued by noise from this company refused to look at videos,showing commercial noise as late as 2245hrs. Denied the noise was from Ardent premises, when Kelly Group and Access Plus had already I identified the disruption was from Ardent. No respect for local community, very evident during my phone call and dismissed my videos because he didnt need to see them! Glasgow Council and other forums have been informed how little respect this company has for the surrounding residential area.
