Ducasa - Advanced Electric Heating

Excellent service before, during and after installation of 6 new APP controlled Ducasa radiators. I am very pleased with the product which has greatly enhanced my Weybourne cottage. 10 out of 10 for all aspects of this purchase.

Really pleased with the new Ducasa Avant DGi+ radiators, which look and perform so much better than our old storage heaters. Coupled with a new towel rail and hot water controller, we can now control all the heating and water in our holiday let remotely which is great for managing our energy use – and our guests love it too. The team’s service from initial advice to follow-up support has also been excellent. Recommended.

Bought some Ducasa heaters last autumn for a holiday let. They replaced tired old storage heaters. Couldn't be happy with their performance and ease of use. Now able to control the heating 70 miles away simply by picking up an ipad. When I made an with the system error the gentleman at the Ducasa in Norwich helped me get the system working again. Wonderful, thank you.

We have purchased several heaters from Ducasa in Norwich over a period of time as and when we have made alterations to our home. The first set of heaters were delivered to our home and the delivery was very efficient and the driver went out of his way to deliver the heaters into our garage as the weather wasn't good. Subsequently we have purchased a further heater for our bathroom which we went to the showroom to purchase as we wanted some advice and a look at the actual appliance. From all of our dealings with Ducasa I am happy to say that they are extremely helpful and their products have proved to be very efficient for our heating needs. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone considering electic heating

I can't recommend Ducasa radiators highly enough. I moved into an older property 3 months ago which had no central heating system, so I purchased 8 Advent DGI+ radiators with the smart gateway, the radiators are fantastic, heating our home with ease, they are easy to use, install and look good too. The customer services was excellent and delivery was very quick.Over all a great product and a big thank you to the team at Ducasa for all their help.

Having installed a Ducasa electric heating system we have been happy with its performance. The towel radiator has been particular useful and having warm towels is a luxury. Being able to monitor the system by the App is a great benefit. The after sales support has also been very good. Any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently and the office staff are both knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought 2 radiators for a workshop. Excellent advice in choosing which ones to buy both over the phone and in the showroom. The radiators with thermostats are economical and make the workshop a warm place to be whilst preventing rust on the machine tools.Would definitely use the company again and give a 5 star recommendation.
