Paid a deposit for an engineer visit. The engineer didn't arrive, I called the contact & was advised someone would call back, but as yet no phone call & I've just tried the office number & no answer. I left a message & eventually recieved an email advising that the original booking was sent in error & the engineer would be attending two days later, which he has now been. He advised my husband he would need to see plans of the house, which I wasn't advised at the time of booking & as the house is 60 years old, we won't have but I haven't recieved confirmation of this, so I will wait for the report.
