Not happy how they give an appointment then phone + cancel within an hour, they make a later one (for same day)& phone again + cancel that one + ask would you like us to make you another for tomorrow?" NOT FUNNY + NOT GOOD BUISNES"

Best vet in Ayrshire not to pricey looked after oor wee Lily very well , she just loves going there , they explain everything and give a breakdown of the bill all in all very good

ExcellentOver my pet owning years I have used 5 different vets and this is by far the best. Very caring staff, helpful and friendly whilst not overpriced. I trust them to do the best for my pets and listen to my concerns. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic vet. Reception are lovely and welcoming and the vet who saw our cat was so kind and gentle, explained everything to us and was so professional.

Don't have any of the animals welfare in mind! They are only interested in money. The bigger the wallet the better attitude you will get from the vet's and the receptionist. Thankfully my pet is now registered under a new vet and is maken a good recovery. The way they speak to pensioners is ridiculous. If it wasn't with people with pet's you wouldn't be in business should remember that when picking andchoosing what animals you will or won't see and brush up on you're customer service skills aswell
