Great service, very decent prices and good outcome. However, they didn’t check a pocket on my trousers and now I have a plastic card welded to the inside. Minor inconvenience, but would otherwise be 5*

I brought my coat to this shop last week for some greatly needed alterations. The material on the sleeves of my coat were falling apart, and a new material needed to be added. This was a complicated job, but I collected the coat today and I could not be more pleased with it. The coat looks better than it did when I first bought it and the tailor selected the perfect material to use that matched the rest of the coat. Very happy with this honest, high quality and reliable service. Highly recommend!

I have been using these Dry Cleaners for years and the service I have received is faultless. Very friendly family run business. What is important to me is the very convenient service that they have changing areas, so I just pop in and collect and change into my clean suit and head off to the city on the Met line looking smart of course!

Awful dry cleaners, left a mark on my dress and when they re cleaned it, they put another mark on it. Can see I'm not the first in leaving a negative review! Extremely rude when I pointed out the additional mark and still made me pay full price or they wouldn't give me my dress back. I will only be going to Moon Rock dry cleaners (just down the road) from now on who are very pleasant and I never have a problem there. I only went to this dry cleaners as my husband mistakenly went to this one (the dry cleaners had the cheek to call him my taxi driver!) - a mistake indeed!! Avoid.

We use this dry cleaners regularly. They are always polite, friendly and very helpful. Always greet you with a smile.Have done a number of alterations for me, the most recent in 24hrs and it was a complicated one. Perfect result.Highly recommend.

First class friendly customer service, fixed reasonable prices and perfectly cleaned item.Very happy with this service after having been ripped off at a different dry-cleaner at Harrow-on-the-Hill who didn't even clean my jacket.I will definitely be back.Please be wary of Sarvan Motcham"'s post - they have only written 2 negative reviews for Harrow based dry cleaners

Amazing little shop. I have always used them for simple tailoring jobs but they recently did a beautiful job on a very difficult adjustment. Others told me it was impossible. Highly recommended.
