Great experience having Harry working for us. Fitted new gas boiler and complete heating system. Professional, polite, friendly, efficient, tidy. Turned up on time work completed on schedule. What more can I say. We will be using him again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Helpful and professional, recessed 2 pipes, boiler service, removed a radiator, cut of Gas and capped off taps, tidy and explained everything, would defenatly recommend.

Nice young man serviced my boiler

We tried to book a service in for our boiler. He was not very good at replying to messages but he did show up on the day we'd booked in. He said the boiler needed to be stripped down and cleaned but also a part was needed so he would order this and come back. We agreed to go ahead with this. We didn't hear back so had to chase up. We then agreed a date for the work to be done. Day booked off work for this, but he didn't turn up. We called and were told he hadn't got the part yet so he'd come back to us. He never did. I can't recommend this company as he is unreliable.

Not very happy.Booking was quite easy - I had an issue with my heating pressure which means its not coming on. Called him and was booked for next day. Plumber arrived on time.Was told that the pressure gauge was broken and that a part was needed. Plumber explained that he would go home and research the part that night to try and get me the best price then get back to me.After 2 days I messaged him because I hadn't heard back. I then messaged him again 2 days after that and explained that I needed to hear from him soon because the lack of heating was causing damp issues. I again didn't hear back so called him 2 days later (today) and went to voicemail.Luckily, I have not lost out on any money because he told me I could pay him all at once when the work was done, but I have had to deal with about a week longer of no heating, as well as having to adjust my work day for the original call out (and now for a new plumber to come out instead).Would not recommend, especially if you need a job done quickly, and a part is required.
