Awful treatment. It's the third time security tells me of half an hour before the closing time, but this time the tall black bald security that was at the entrance came to my face aggressively after I told him I just want to check a game it will only be like 5 minutes...". He specifically confronted me aggressively in front of my kids "Are you telling that to me?!"It's situations like these that people prefer online shopping and avoid Leicester City centre altogether.You don't deal with wild animals but with people and if that's how you treat potential customers I'm never gonna step foot there ever again. Don't underestimate this event

The store has a security guard that needs to be named and shamed. I am a frequent buyer from GAME and recently witnessed racial profiling against ppl from this security guard that works in-store . They refuse to identify who they are and so aggressively push a person around the store shouting he will get him banned etc . There was no reason why that person was not allowed to shop in this store . As far as I saw he had done nothing wrong . I'm now boycotting USC ,GAME and Sports Direct until this man has been dealt with . I've been a loyal customer for a long time since this store was built . I'm shocked to see this kind of behaviour towards customers. Even myself as a bystander I felt threatened by just his presence. All I see is a bully at work . Sort it out whoever is in charge of this madman.

Absolutely disgusted by the security guy at the shop! My mum comes home not wanting to go sports direct ever again!My mum walks in and he is already telling her he is watching her! Vile behaviour as she not done anything else and to say that straight away and then following around doing sign language that he can see herNeeds sacking! So angry!!!

My visit to Sports Direct was truly remarkable, thanks to Hasan and Areebah's outstanding customer service. Even though it was late, they both went above and beyond to assist me with genuine care and attentiveness. Their knowledge and willingness to help made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly commend Hasan and Areebah for their exceptional service and recommend them to anyone visiting Sports Direct!

it is bad store i have ever visited . They are the disrespected staff I visited the store on October in leicester city center and giving alot of my time to pickup clothes, i went to the cashier and paid all of the money, after all of this the cashier asked for something which is not her business , i did not recommend it for anyone please be careful before visiting the store and no not gives your time to this terrible store

I’m Jasmine went to shop for buy clothes. I try the clothes and I select some clothes then went to pay. Before pay I plan to buy perfume beside the counter. When I go to see the perfume the cashier girl said faster pay then go many customers waiting. She very rude to me and the shop manager also misbehaved.I just leave then paid money for 2 clothes and 3 perfumes. Then when I out from the shop got alarm sound. The security stop me and check my hand bag all then the cashier didn’t remove the price tag from the clothes that’s y the alarm sound. When the check my hand bag many people saw I felt humiliated . I told the security the cashier didn’t remove it and never respect me. The security replied sometimes humans make mistakes. And then he also talked rude to me and said that don’t come to my shop again rudely.I also get angry then I also talk back. And security said will kick you out from this shop. I said the mistake it’s not mine it’s the cashier mistake and you ask them to talk politely to customers. Again the didn’t remove the price tag and they push me out from the shop. I asked them to refund they don’t want to remove the tag and don’t want to refund also. I really felt bad and disrespectful. As a customer I’m very disappointed and humiliated. Please take action and refund my money. I’m not happy with the services.And 1 more thing you see this shop feedback and review every customers facing same problem as me. 20 minute wait time to be served as nobody on tills felt abandoned whilst waiting to pay for shoes.

Just went into the shop. Asked politely to try on a pair of shoes in the mens section in fosse park. Two female staff members were talking, when i asked she rolled her eyes at me, went to go get the shoes. Bare in mind i was polite the entire time! When i said no to the shoes she threw the shoe box on the floor and tutted! What a way to ruin peoples day, turns out good customer service isn’t a requirement!

Staff is rude I went in with a drink for like the hundredth time and this big bald black guy without Identification said I’m not allowed drinks in the store I asked him who he was as he didn’t look like a worker, next thing I know he flips out and start pushing me and my brother out, we ask him where does it say no drinks, he points to tiny box next to the door, so after seeing the sign I complied after I complied I don’t see where the problem is, I walked in he grabs my arm and forcefully threw me out and so I insulted him and now I’m apparently banned but I’m not they can’t make up there mind and all I wanted to do was go into game and buy some games, after I complied I don’t see where the problem was after thatDefinitely tainted my future purchases from any of their stores.
