A Farley have the products that I am looking for at a reasonable price. Quick delivery service . Have recommended to others who have also been pleased .

I wish I could give a better review as the sweater I ordered is very nice and everyone I spoke to during my multiple calls was very friendly. This was unfortunately outweighed by issues and frustration:- I ordered the sweater almost three months ago, it arrived yesterday- There was 0 communication by the company as to the reasons for the delay (apart from via phone when I called)- I called multiple times and every time I was promised the order would go out immediately (apart from the my third call where I was informed that the warehouse is now on a two week summer holiday)- The packaging was a very cheap bag for a £400 sweater, it ripped and was open but luckily the sweater is unharmedThe two stars are for the friendliness and the good product, otherwise I unfortunately would have to give 0 stars

Went into the kibworth shop to buy a coat but they didn’t have my size available, the man behind the desk was really friendly and helpful and offered to order my size online to come into store or home but I decided to order it from home as it was more convenient for me, the coat came the next day and in perfect condition. Always a friendly atmosphere in the store!

Excellent company to do business with, very high quality shoes, boots and clothing at very reasonable prices, the Barker shoes are extremely well made and a beautiful true fit, I would highly recommend A Farley as one of the best clothing outlets in the UK.

Excellent retailer with first class customer service! I ordered a jacket online at a really good price. I read some negative reviews and felt a bit twitchy about the purchase. An email to Holly put my mind at rest. She reassured me that the order had been processed and was being collected by the courier that day.I would have been happy with the 6 working day delivery stated but was made up when my parcel arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Thank you so very much. I will shop with you again and recommend others use you!

Contacted by phone to purchase a pair of Barker shoes. Offered to call at shop to try on and advised they don’t hold stock in shop. Suggested I could order and pay for 2 shoe sizes and return them free of cost if required.I ordered (and paid for) 2 sizes and received 1 pair a week later via DPD which worked well. Also received an email advising that they could not obtain the other size for 3-4 weeks as Barkers had no stock (therefore selling shoes they didn’t have). I noted that you could buy directly from Barkers website although I accept that Barkers may hold stock for own use separate to trade sales.In fairness A.Farleys refunded the extra payment made back to my card when I rang. Luckily the shoe size received did fit OK. However, my main gripe is that the shoe offer included a gift of some cedar wood shoe trees RRP £35 which sweetened the deal and swayed my decision to use A.Farleys. They actually sent me a cheap pine wood shoe tree which they sold on their site for £19.95! They offered to refund me if I paid £7.99 and took the pine shoe trees to a DPD collection point and return them! They failed to grasp that it is not my fault that they have not provided the offer advertised on their website and indeed are still offering both the shoes and gift that they can’t supply.Asked for a manager to call me back to discuss my complaint and not received a call.I wish I had read the reviews about poor delivery times and non existent customer service.

Very good customer service – there was an unexpected delay to my order and they called me asking if I was happy to wait or wanted a refund, which was appreciated. Would recommend to anyone!

Appalling customer service. £200 taken, 5 days gone and no DPD tracking information. Despite 4 emails and no response, apart from 1 saying they would be delivered in the time given ie. 3-5 days. Completely disgusted. Now I can call as I’m not at work, surprise surprise, no answer over the weekend.

The services a A. Farley were second to none! So helpful throughout the whole process of renting my wedding suit, they have a big selection of suits and the quality of the suits were great. You can easily mix and match any suit to make it your own mark on it. Ryan was a absolute star from start to finish. I felt like a valued customer and nothing was an issue to them. Will be using them for future events and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a suit!
