Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices comparable to Internet retailers, cheaper in their store than if I'd bought from Mr Bezos!. Easy parking. Guidance on how to not pay VAT on items bought through them.Will definitely buy from again

The shop are very helpful and offer good service but be careful regarding a service for a stair lift. The engineer gave my Mother bad advice frightening her into believing the stair lift was dangerous. After having a second and 3rd opinion the chair did not require a new motor which is what was recommended. We have since learnt the service engineers work on commission if a new lift is installed. Beware some of these Mobility companies take advantage of the older generation

I have just bought a mobility scooter from Ableworld in Wrexham and I must tell you how amazing Bev,the manageress,is!! She was so kind and knowledgeable and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable! Their stock is massive! Everything you could ever want if you need help with your mobility is there!! I would recommend this place very highly!!

Very helpful lady assistant. On second visit wanted to buy electric mobility scooter at £1,300. Live in Bala some 40 miles away. She rang presume H/O who said will not deliver, they only go up to 30 miles. I offered to pay extra but no and alss would have to bring it back for Warranty

Last week myself and my parents went in to buy my brother a wheelchair and other bits and pieces, we were served/ helped out a lot by a woman named Cath, she was absolutely amazing! She knew her stuff, didn’t rushed us to make a decision, made us feel like we were getting the best product for him, just really friendly and very helpful, Cath really went above and beyond and we are very grateful for her service
