Couldn't fault Grant and Sam. Took my shoes in for new heals. Not only did they do an amazing job on the re-heal they cleaned up the shoes adding a waterproof layer. And despite being told could be a few days before they are ready the text came less than 24 hours later. Really friendly and helpful on advice with it to.
