I was so impressed with this parlour. My dog Zeus hates leaving me and is initially quite nervous. The staff were lovely with him and very understandingand he looked gorgeous after his spa day, thank you so much .

Just taken my Yorkie to the spar for a groom. They have REALLY done a great job on his cut (exactly how I wanted him). Will definitely use them again. ‘We’ll done girls’

Very pleased. First time coming here, and was allowed to wait with dog while he was washed and cut. Lovely scissor cut done on my Coton De Tulear. Nicely shaped around legs, face and ears. Took a long time but Natalie was very careful and gentle with my dog. There were no other dogs being groomed, so it was lovely and quiet. Will go back for definite.

Don't even know where to start.I was so nervous for my boy Copper Roo. The ladies here were so professional! My doggo is a nervous boy so being able to allow my husband to stay while Copper got his bath, nails and cut was a blessing. For a dog that barks and everything and anything he was beyond relaxed and happy with the ladies here and having my husband there reassured him loads. Thank you so much! We will defo come again!

Tegan has been grooming my dogs for nearly 10 years; firstly as a mobile groomer and now in her lovely Dog Grooming Spa. She is incredibly experienced, friendly and welcoming and the dogs always look so beautiful when she has worked her magic. I wouldn't want to use any other groomer!

The New salon looks lovely, bright, clean and spacious, (I wouldn't mind my hairdressers looking like this).If I wanted to, I could stay with my dog, either in the waiting area or if I was unsure, I could stand and watch her being done. I was given many choices, different shampoos the way I wanted her cut etc.Tegan has been grooming for over ten years and has many certificates to her name.I will not be taking my dog anywhere else.I would highly recommend her.Excellent

We took our two dogs Sasha a short cut female German Shepherd and Kin a male Siberian husky to this dog grooming spa a few weeks ago and we were extremely pleased with the treatment they both received. We would definitely recommended using these dog groomers to anyone without any hesitation. Keep up the good quality of service you provide.

Although I did think the cost of nail cut, bath & a good brush was a bit pricey (had it done before in Sittingbourne for £25), the lady did a good job grooming my girl!

absolutely ruined my newfoundlands coat over time.over stripped his dbl coat. going to take a lot of time to get him back to how he should be.
