The very best estate agent I've rented from in London - there are so, so many horror stories out there and the team here are absolutely the best in London. No questions asked. We rented a property through them for 2.5 years, and from the very beginning they made things easy (unlike some agents who'll ignore all of your requests & drive you all across town for properties that aren't at all what you want).Have to especially call out Nicole for being so quick to reply to any questions or issues we had, being incredibly respectful of bringing in prospective tenants while we were moving out, and genuinely being trustworthy & friendly.

I would highly recommend Frank Harris and Adeel Zain in particular! This is my third time renting in London and it has been by far my best experience to date. Adeel was very communicative and transparent throughout the process, sourcing multiple properties for me to view and arranging viewings promptly! He helped us secure a property in a very desirable location within our modest budget, helping to strike compromises with the landlord to meet all of our requirements. He has continued to proactively support us through the referencing process, showing a level of care and professionalism I have not experienced amongst many London estate agents.
