Toxic security guard, literally peaking around the corner spying on people. It’s funny how popular this place is with the locals since they were all apparently against it. Nicely laid out and a good selection of items, would be more stars if the security guard was replaced.

I came in this morning firstly to explore the products then ordered a juice. The atmosphere was strange - I was stared at by male staff members, like I was odd, I have no idea why. The girl staff member, was very polite and helpful. My juice order was forgotten about by the tall male behind the counter, I was hanging around uneasily, then it was done but straw omitted, no apologies, weirdly unfriendly place actually!

Surprised to see only 2* average review.The staff we attentive, we had a great chat, and the prices were super reasonable for what we got.Apologies, but I forgot the staff members name (gentleman, slight twang to his accent... maybe Aus, or S.A?)....Dude was a legend.

Over priced & nasty tasting coffee. Staff team is full of naval glazers. No need for the prices they charge, especially as they are a commercial chain. Avoid store, better options on Broadway with fresher stock.

Planet Organic - Broadway Market
I am writing this review as I have had no feedback from planet organic since 22/01/23. I raised a complaint about poor staff interactions and one staff member thinking it was ok to swear in front of customers. Planet organic do not reply to emails sent within 1-2 days, as stated they do on the website.I've been to several other planet organic stores and have had good experiences. I dont get the feeling that any staff I have interacted with at this store actually want to be there. I always say hello, this is generally met with silence.Figs and Grain, the organic store across the road from planet organic is a much friendlier environment.

Pop in here regularly as it’s near my work. Good selection of items & they accept NHS discount too, which is a bonus. Pretty much good experience everytime with nice staff.Only issue sometimes there’s quite a big queue & often only one person on the till. 2 occasions i was followed & stared at by the same security guard.
