Bought bag of lumpwood charcoal , it was 80% fiines and dust , what could be burned gave off acrid fumes and yellow smoke . Not fit for purpose and possibly dangerous/poisonous.

Ordered a 13 x 25kg bags of smokeless fuel - half pallet size. Arrived within the specified time and the delivery contractor used by Fuels4U couldn't have been more helpful. We're using the smokeless fuel now and it's good quality,Very happy with service and the product.

I purchased a net of Fuel Express logs. Barely, if at all, seasoned soft wood. The logs would not burn unless mixed with a large amount of other(dry) wood. Moreover, when finally lit, they spat more times than an angry camel.

Horrendous Customer Service, Order from them weekly, allways late on delivery which is not professional, every time I call them they say either truck is broken or drivers are sick, call them to solve the issue all I got back was attitude, one of the staff even had the cheek to hang up on me half way through a conversation! Absolutely disgusting from this company. Never Buying From Them Again!!!

I bought two two instant Barbecues yesterday so that we could have a Barbecue , I was not impressed as they would not light properly one did try to burn but would not of burnt your hand never mind of cooked the food.

Kiln dried logs never seen an oven wet is an understatement totally false advertising in my opinion. Trading standards will be getting a call as this wood as never been dried thats for sure

Fuelexpress lump wood charcoal: box of firelighters, a whole can of lighter fluid, an entire newspaper, and a whole hour later, coal looks just like it did when it came out of the bag.Absolutely trash, go for the cheap stuff, it’s what you get!
