Leah and Robyn (sorry if the spellings are wrong) were so kind and helpful. They really cheered me up after a rubbish day in hospital. Food was great and the service was perfect.

Disgusting place and never will come again and would not recommend to come here after 5pm.I came here at 7pm and my findings are below -Nachos offered without cheeseRan out of sauce, no salads for the bread.Spoiling the name of subway by taking franchise in the derby hospital.

Shop was open today but not serving people due to staff shortage. Very strange.They should have kept it closed if they were thin on staffing rather than keeping it open and turning hungry people away!

Very unreliable opening hours times change basicly every day with a note on the door. If you can’t maintain constant hours don’t advertise them very disappointing after being stuck on a ward all day leaving at 6:15 to find out it shut at 6 and not 10 multiple days

The staff here are really badly trained. The sandwiches are so inconsistent. They put a random amount of salami and often way too many. Never seen such a random subway, they seem to just make it up as they go along and sometimes don’t even wrap the sandwiches properly. I guess it’s better than nothing…
