Man with Van removals

Perfect removal company, fast and efficient. Dean kept in touch leading up to moving day to make sure all was still well and ready. Arrived on time and started loading van straight away. A pro at loading items to fit to allow room for everything. Once at new property, unloaded van and bought every item in the house into each designated room. No problems with Dean and his colleague at all. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks Dean :)

The men was great! They was very fast paced held a good conversation. All of my furniture was in tact at the other end and I would happily use them again

I had expected a reliable removal team but unfortunately they were not. I have listed all items to be removed and agreed a quote with Dean. But when they came Dean claimed the quote was for one load only which completely confused me. I had no choice but agreed additional cost as I need complete that day. To my big surprise, they decided to stop at 6:30pm as Dean said he was missing his kids. They then left and I was forced to arrange another removal man to complete the rest. This wasted me more than two hours and cost doubled. Eventually we moved to new home at mid-night. What a man! Be careful when you want use this company as they are not reliable at all!Not sure how to reply but below are for the response:1. We have email which clearly indicates I booked for a Van for one day to remove all listed items. Nothing to do with load which will depend on the size of van. When you come and we agreed again with additional cost, it was still for removing everything. I have no idea how many loads it would require but I thought you were. This is the whole point I sent you the full list.2. There were 4 wardrobes in the list I'm not sure how did you get 7? If you meant two small cabinets in the garage these didn't go. The garden table and seats were all listed. You didn't point out any missing items after you came.3. We did waited 2 hours for key but this was communicated and agreed over phone. This is why I booked for one van for a day which includes waiting. and in addition I paid all of you meal during waiting time. Don't know what did you pay for the waiting time?4. You did give me contact of another removal man but I paid for them not you. I did negotiate the price but eventually I paid in full as their quotation is clear. What did I lie for?5. I don't know why you take more than 3 hours to get home but this has nothing to do with me.6. I reviewed late only because I have been busy, is there any problem?
