Demtruk carts have been invaluable for our office equipment dealership.We first discovered the Demtruk carts 20 years ago. It soon became obvious that the Demtruk handling systems were designed to meet our equipment transport requirements, and facilitated the movement of a variety of our products in a safe and efficient manner. One person could do a job that, prior to our acquisition of a Demtruk cart, required two. Risks of damage to our equipment and back injuries were eliminated.The ease of loading and unloading equipment from a variety of vehicles was much appreciated by staff. The weight capacity of the carts – 300 or 500 lbs. – was more than adequate for our needs. As designed, the Demtruk undercarriage was easy to fold and place in a vehicle alongside the platform on which your equipment is placed. This system made the movement of equipment from one location to another extremely easy. We highly recommend the purchase of one or more Demtruk carts if you need to move heavy and/or bulky equipment.

Our company specializes in distribution and service of machines for gelaterias, pastry shops, coffee shops and bars. Occasionally we can only send one technician with quite heavy machines. Before we depended on the help from the customer himself, which was not ideal, to say the least. The demtruk trolley made this much more comfortable for both technicians and the customers. It allows one man to load the machine to and from a car and then even lift it onto the bar or a counter, where it needs to be.Communication and customer service are excellent as well. We ordered these trolleys to Czechia and they arrived within a week of an order. They were well packed and arrived unharmed. All in all, really nice experience. Would recommend to anyone who needs to singlehandedly move heavy things.
