Disorganised and no customer care. Texted on a Saturday night changing appointment time for the following morning. Asked for a refund in the end as had no idea what was going on, spoilt the whole experience and Tej couldn’t care less. Unhelpful and uncaring to her paying customers!

Absolutely beautiful massage with a good amount of pressure.I went on an offer that was available and I can see myself using Tej a lot.Her prices are reasonable and she is lovely as well.I would recommend to anyone. I think I might get my mum a gift voucher as well.

Had a relaxing Swedish massage at Lilac Beauty today. It was my first visit. The business is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking near to the premises.The pre treatment questionnaire didn't take too long to complete.The treatment room was warm and cosy, music was relaxing and treatment bed comfortable.The treatment itself was very thorough with a range of pressure and techniques. Therapist was mindful of ankle and foot injuries (past) and provided adequate support and pressure for those areas. I felt extremely calm and relaxed after treatment.

Had a facial treatment the day before I had a full Swedish massage and I have to say that the therapist was very welcoming and is very good at what she does. I will def be returning for more treatments as the treatments I had were amazing. Thank you Tej for making me feel like a million dollars!

Great, firm Swedish massage from Tej ratna. My knees can feel uncomfortable when pressure is applied and she kindly gave me a prop for my thighs. You can feel a difference on your back after this massage and she encourages you to be vocal about what’s the right firmness for you. Highly recommend.
