I was at crisis point before I came across Pauline. In a very difficult time were waiting lists for support are long and mental health support is extremely underfunded in this country, Pauline came to the rescue and gave me her time to help me get through my difficulties. Of course, she gives her time to everyone else, that’s what separates her from many people and companies in this field, she genuinely cares about each person. I admire her work and her gentleness when helping people. She checks on me weekly to make sure her tools are helping me in that week. She is always open to feedback. She always wants to improve herself and be the best she can possibly be. Not only improve herself, but improve her understanding of who she’s helping and what type of help suits the person. Pauline is amazing. She has been a huge part of my journey.
