Charging worked fine and was fast. The spot is easy to find and clean. Unfortunately no rubbish bins. McDonald's and a gas station are close by.

I have to use it as its the only one available on my long drives. Word of advice: download the app as the website doesn't work properly. I've not yet been to one of these anywhere in the country and had to call tech support. Fortunately tech support are quite helpfulUpgrading to 3 stara as these chargers work well with the app. However, they're way too expensive so don't get anymore stars

All chargers were Kaput when we visited, which could have been awkward. It's a great location next to a pub and the A1 with fast chargers at a reasonable price, but no good if they are out of order.

Easy to find just off the A1 - when we arrived 2 of the 4 charging points were in use. Super efficient and quick charging. The first time we’ve ever charged our new car other than at home. Very happy first experience of IONITY.

Excellent fast chargers, 6 in all, can sometimes be busy early afternoon but now the extra 2 units are operational i don't see it being a bother. If you have a VW you also get discounted usage through one of their plans. Shame there are not more Ionity chargers around the North East as they are great.

First time user, once account had been set up and activated (prior to my visit) the charger was very easy to use with nice wide bays compared to another provider in the same service area. Just touched my card on the Wi-Fi and all was good to go. Over 50kHw of charge achieved in 30 minutes, taking the car to 80%. This will definitely be my go to provider.

Well placed just off the A1, 2 minutes walk from a pub, Greggs, McDonalds all the associated facilities you might need. Plenty of space and a nice (very) quick charge

Tried 3 chargers, and none took my payment card.A gentleman had the charger stuck in his car, but it wasn't charging and he only had 1%.

Can't understand why it was so quiet. I got on the charger linked through the app and hay presto charged at super speed and off I went
