The cremation we attended today was the best I had ever been to. Due to traffic delays we were a few minutes late but everyone was very helpful especially in view of the extremely high attendance. Thank you for a lovely service.

Mum passed away in 2018 as its not far from us we had her funeral there and interned both mum and dad there , the grounds are beautiful with 2 ponds and a water fountain , I take flowers once a fortnight it's so peaceful

Losing mum is hard enough. But reading her name(pronouncing) it wrong throughout, The minister reading out my Tribute, all toungtide and adding his own words, and also the Web recording cutting out all of mums mourners except for her children, I find very upsetting.I would have liked to buy the recording. But with all the mistakes at £65... Its too much.Even the co op we used for mums last days, Her name was wrong on the lid of the coffin, which I had to point out and get rectified.Very disappointing.Rip my dear mum.

Nice crematorium. Really comfortable seating. Pleasant location and good parking. Only downside is that nowhere under cover to mingle afterwards.

Been left devastated by yourselves, due to travel restrictions i was unable to attend my mothers funeral, i enquired about a dvd and was told last week to arrange this through the funeral director which i did and payed for this service to be told the day before the service it was not available now, how am i supposed to say goodbuy to my mother now. Would appreciate a reply from yourselves please

Thanks to those that at Waveney Memorial Park for all their great work. We have had the very difficult task of saying farewell to my brother. The staff here have treated us with dignity, respect and listened to our wishes. The speaker system was worked as those who couldn't fit in could hear everything. Keep up the good work.

I and a number of other people are very disappointed at the lack of covered space both for before and after the service. Also there is not enough room in the main room for large numbers i.e. no standing space other than in the centre isle. Surely this could have been given much more thought and made in a far more welcoming atmosphere for the bereaved.

Not impressed. They are more costly than other services and then still want to charge extra for ashes to be delivered. I found certain staff members to be rude and uncaring. Will not use them in the future if any other family members pass.

Awkward atmosphere to be in for a divided family not able to come together for one day to let the father of the daughter who had a granddaughter who then produced a great grandson
