Superb service! I am a frequent customer, with photograph and slides scanning. Very high quality digital scans of photos produced. Great location in heart of Southampton, not far from me to drop things off for them to do for me. Friendly people, Adam and colleagues. Would definitlely recommend. A real gem, so convenient to have this super business in Southampton.

We sent Pro-scan, approx 2,000 photos and discs to be digitised. They were always proactive and kept us fully informed every step of the way. They even managed the collection and delivery of the finished work. At all times they were very helpful in fulfilling what we wanted for the photos. Andy Richards was a breath of fresh air to deal with as he communicated with us all the way. (So many other companies these days just do not communicate.) The resulting images from decades of work have been arranged in the files we wanted and all the images are excellent. We have no problem recommending Pro-scan, they are very professional, quick and trustworthy.

I have a rare Ordnance Survey map of Barbados which is about A0 in size. Too big for a home scanner. Trying to photograph the map takes a special tripod and lens to minimise barrel distortion, which I don't have. The map needs to be very flat and perfectly parallel to the camera sensor...for great results.So I sent the map to ProScan. They scanned the map within a couple of days and sent me a link to the resulting 204MB tif and a 18.6MB jpg. The results are spectacular. They have scanned the map flat and it is easy to use. Will be a simple task to geo-reference the map and digitise places of interest to my Cumberbatch One-Name study, genealogy and family history.I highly recommend these guys for your large format scanning needs.

Very helpful and high quality service for the 30,000 plus postcards that were scanned for the Fortress Study Group. Very reasonable cost for a Professional service. Strongly recommend.

I chose ProScan to scan some old 35mm slides I'd found, as scanning is their main business and area of expertise. I wasn't disappointed. Communication was excellent. I telephoned to ask a few more detailed questions as I was sending slides for scanning for the first time, and they were extremely helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. My scans were sent via a link within 48 hours of my slides arriving in Southampton. A very efficient organisation which I would heartily recommend.

Well what a service! I had a very old, 1985 book, that had very small text throughout and faded pages. Not only did ProScan do an amazing job of producing high quality images, I needed their OCR service to make this book searchable in PDF. I am blown away by the results! All communication with the company was fast and efficient and questions answered. The cost was higher than other providers, but the end result was very much worth it.You won't be disappointed with their results.Thank you kindly ProScan and Andy, the managing director.

I have never written a Google review before about a business I have worked with in the past, but I have no choice this time as ProScan Southampton has simply been a breath of fresh air over the last few months. The Customer Service from beginning to end has been mind-blowing and the end results that they have produced for my business has been efficient and faultless! If there was a 6 star rating then I would have chosen this. My strong recommendation is that anyone needing assistance in any document management services, must look at using this company. From what I have seen, the staff all the way from document archives to management have an excellent attitude and deserve every success they get from the future.. A true business pride of the south.
