My name is June and it was my first time using this hairdresser and from the initial appointment to the meet and greet I was impressed.The receptionist was polite and my stylist called Indea and although she was finishing a previous client still let me know that she would not be long.She asked my what I wanted and I admitted that I had left the picture behind and she stated that we could look through some books.Having worked at a hairdresser back in the day I could compare the way she washed my hair to other places that I have used and it was far beyond my expectations.As for the cut, she was precise and went through everything and knew exactly what I wanted before having to say it.My cut was exceptional and believe me that is not something that I say lightly.I walked out knowing that I would be back and even now have not stopped looking in the mirror.I would highly recommend this salon and especially Indea who has shown herself to be a very professional and brilliant stylist.

Have just been in for hair appointment. Due to new staffing arrangements I had not met the ladies before today. Samantha Hartley a top stylist took the time to talk through everything from what I would like length, style and also colour options that would suit me . My appointment took longer than expected but that was no problem for Samantha and all three ladies in attendance made the visit very friendly and sociable.. I am very pleased with my hair cut and weaved colour . Thank you ladies I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family.

I recently had my hair cut at enigma along with a conditioning treatment. It was quite a reasonable price so I was happy to book. The ladies were lovely and everything seemed to have gone well. I left the hairdressers with a lovely bouncy curly blow dry. The day after when I washed my hair, I noticed that my hair seemed to be missing chunks from the sides. I straightened my hair an I could not believe the cut on the sides. I had to pay someone to sort the cut out and because of the chunk missing had to have so much more length off than I wanted. I was so upset and after sending pictures and being told I couldn't get a refund eventually I did. It may well be a one off but I'm so upset with how much I have had to have cut off my hair, and the fact I have had to buy extensions to sort the front out that I feel I needed to write an honest review.

Loved having my hair done here today all the staff are lovely and friendly was so nervous before i got there but it soon disappeared when meeting the staff my hair looks great and healthy which hasnt done for a very long time will definitely be returning thankyou Catherine for making my hair look great

Very friendly and a really good hairdresser. Michelle listens advises a dose an excellent job. So pleased we found her. She cuts my husbands hair tooThanks

Always very pleased with my hair.

Took 3year old today for 1st haircut,it was perfect...£5 and took loads of pics and Rhianna was outstanding with her.I thought there would be tears as she hates me touching her hair but she smiled the whole time!I took my now 5 year old last week to a different girl and she ruined it, kept blaming daughter for moving her head so I held it in place and she still couldn't cut straight, it ended up being shorter than chin length which we hate.

Amazing ladies and fab owner just what I needed I will not be going anywhere else I've gone from dark brown to level 9 blonde highlights and hair is in fab condition still.

Sorry but eveytime I call for an appointment the phone is never answered. I've called about 8 times in the last few days and still no answer. That's the only issue I have.
