My partner father died. He wanted no fuss & a simple funeral. This was quoted. We asked for an order of service too. Was told we couldn’t do this under the package we had been discussing & told us it would be £1k more. Rather than a couple of hundred more. I was appalled. Reduced my husband to tears. Go local. Chains are a rip off!
