Just had Dyno Rod out. Very impressed with the service I received, very helpful from the first call. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling them. They cleared my block drain got rid of all the tree roots within the drain, cleared up after they finish. Excellent work very pleased customer

Initial visit was significantly in excess of the price quoted and did not resolve the problem. Further emails to them have received no response at all. Not to be recommended at all! I wouldn't give them any stars, but that is not an option!

Changed my booking 3 times. Tried to charge me a higher rate for somebody to come out and applied a £15 discount for all of their cock ups. Cancelled and used somebody else. David huffs down the phone at you and tells you its not his fault. Idiot

Awful service!! They spent less than 10 minutes and have left my drain fully blocked! When complain have been raised they have refused to come and clear it out without the other £90.00 fee! Would not recommend them ! Terrible company with money wasted down the drain in their work!!!

Left property with raw sewage everywhere.Whilst jetting a blocked drain, my downstairs toilet and slide drain both erupted raw sewage, spraying the walls , patio and fence and flooded the downstairs floor. When I contacted the company about this, they asked for photos but didn't even reply.Thames water came the next day and fixed it in 10 mins with rods.

Called dynarod this morning for a commercial job. They arrived in a few hours and had the job finished In a hour. The member of staff was very honest and saved time by a no nonsense approach. Would rate more than 5 if the option was there . Thank you on behalf of green parking

Dynorod came out and couldn't get round a blind bend, came out again and managed it the second time (as did the other drain company). Forced to pay for another visit and still didn't fix it. He didn't work out the problem properly and misdignosed it as a collapsed drain. Had to get another company who sorted it all out properly. Felt ripped off and squeezed for more money
