Taryn is an energy , she made me feel so comfortable and at ease in our clarity session . It was so easy to be honest and open with her about my goals and barriers I was facing both mentally and physically , she is non judgmental and helps you help yourself . The clarity session was a real eye opener and it has given me ideas on how to approach my goals . The coaching with Taryn was amazing! I did Taryns Launch programme and a few 1:1 sessions. I had done some other business seminars but this one is so brilliant and ingenious as it combines energy work, meditation and mindset work with effective methods and strategies for building a business, expanding marketing strategies and visibility.Though her trusting and empathetic charisma, I had the opportunity to really deal with myself. It was a very deep, intensive and profound program, which made me aware of my abilities again and showed me new and effective ways of making myself visible in order to reach even more people whom I can help.She gave me valuable tools on an energetic and strategic level that helped me to find my own creative flow again and to realign my mindset!I had many old and stubborn beliefs that I could not reprogram on my own. But through Taryn’s method I was able to look at, let go of and transform it. Her guidance was very inspiring and incredibly useful and effective.Since then I have been much more self-confident and have lots of new ideas. What’s especially great is that this creativity isn’t just buzzing around in my head and withering away there again, but that I immediately have the motivation to implement it. I am much more communicative and courageous when it comes to creating and offering offers, creating prizes and exchanging ideas with other people.Through Taryn I was able to bring new energy, trust, creativity and structure to the design of my business! She is very empathetic, professional and always there for me when I needed help. I completed an 8 week coaching program with Taryn which was so powerful for me. I didn't know what to expect at first, but I didn't expect it to be so full of content and value and to propel me into action for setting up my own business (which is what I was having coaching for) Taryn works with you on any blocks and fears, whilst setting actions for the next week's coaching to keep you accountable and on course. She was always available with email coaching and I felt totally supported all the way through - and like she really cared about my progress. Actually it was a little strange when the coaching finished and I didn't have that support anymore! Taryn has such a lovely nature and is also very professional. Great combination and I would totally recommend her if you are thinking of coaching and particularly if you want that blend with the Transformation Therapy that she also offers.
