Absolutely worth 5 stars, we recently bought a 'new to us' car from ACar2Go, everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel that customer satisfaction was their priority. When we collected the car a small paint blemish on the boot was spotted that we'd missed on first look over, staff immediately arranged to have it sorted at a date convenient to us, overall impression is of a garage that actually does put customer satisfaction as a top prority. Highly recommend ACar2Go, (looking at other reviews its obvious many other customers feel the same way).

My car had sadly come to the end of the road after 10 years, a friend had recommended acar2go, I went and was instantly greeted by the owner who was so lovely, he said for my friend and I to have a relaxed look around and come and chat if we wanted.From then on the team we're amazing! So helpful ( I know nothing about cars)Wayne helped with everything I needed, finance tax etc, suggested things I may needed and sorted it for me, Nothing was too much.I cannot say enough how lovely and helpful the team were.If your looking for a car and need anything go and see these guys!10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆

As a woman, buying a car can still be daunting, though I had such a great experience here and would really recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. No one came up to me as soon as I stepped foot on the forecourt, I looked around leisurely and was welcomed warmly in the showroom. Alex helped me with the car I have since bought and made things easy for me. Warranty was included and I bought another years worth. John the Garage manager has helped me with services later on and any issues.

A week ago, we purchased another vehicle from Acar2go. Wayne Bennett took my initial call and handled the whole transaction from that point forward. Wayne was unfailingly courteous, informative, responsive and extremely helpful throughout. Nothing was tricky or left unattended. The vehicle was spotless, professionally detailed, with fresh tyres, a full service, and a full year's MOT. I experienced no pushiness at all and no unwelcome up-selling or pressure of any kind. Without doubt, it was the most comfortable, complete and satisfactory car sales experience I have experienced. Wayne's professional behaviour was first class - and the whole ethos of the dealership is excellent and customer friendly. This was our second purchase experience from Acar2go (the last one was excellent too) and I am sure more will follow. A great local business, with excellent staff and a refreshingly supportive and welcoming approach to customers. I'll continue to recommend them widely.
