Brilliant shop has got everything. Iv shopped in home bargains for a few years. I do like it.On the other hand.. the cafe staff could enjoy her job more. Threw the food on the table had no eye contact and no conversation or nothing witch is bad..Yes she was busy but she could have made more of an effort with all customers not just myself and family.Enjoyed the food and nice coffee. Staff needs to be trained

We ate here again today . Debra and Karen in the coffee shop , rushed off their feet but still providing excellent service and with a smile.It must be added that we cone here approximately twice a week and all the staff are great. Thank you to all the staff at your Crosshands store.Well Done ladies !!

Fantastic shop , was a fantastic cafe too but lately not possible to get sausage baps in cafe for last 3 days apparently head office orders the cafe food and sausages & bacon comes precooked as no cooking in café except microwave, no stock sent so cafe must be losing money , its a shame as very handy for us for breakfast and coffee
